Telebyte Solutions builds and runs websites for UK businesses. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to the details you send us through this site.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, and whichever of phone, email, business name and message you choose to give.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, but only if you accept via the cookie banner. Decline and no analytics cookies are set and your visit is not tracked. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

What we do with it

Your enquiry is emailed to us so we can reply. It is sent through Resend, our email provider, and lands in our inbox. We use it to answer you and, if we start working together, to run the project. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to any marketing list without asking.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in touch about your enquiry or project, and a reasonable period after for our own records. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@telebytesolutions.co.uk and we will sort it. If you are not happy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
