What it all means, in plain English
You don’t need to know anything about computers. We do all of it. Here’s what each part does for you.
Your website
Your shop window on the internet. When someone hears about you, this is where they go to see what you do, your prices and where to find you.
Your web address
The name people type in to find you, like yourname.co.uk. We buy it for you, in your name. Enquiries and bookings come straight to the email you already use.
Online booking
A diary customers can book into themselves, day or night, without ringing you. You see every booking on your phone and can block off days you're not working.
Deposits and payments
Customers can pay a deposit when they book, so if they don't turn up you're not out of pocket. They can pay by card, Apple Pay, Klarna to pay later, Revolut Pay or Amazon Pay, and the money goes straight into your bank. Stripe is the company that handles it, like a card machine for your website.
Being found on Google
When someone near you searches for what you do, we want you to come up. We set your website up so Google knows what you do and where you are.
Your Google listing
The box that pops up on Google and Google Maps with your name, phone number, opening hours, photos and reviews. Most people look at this before they ever call.
More Google reviews
After each appointment your customer automatically gets a friendly message with a one-tap link to leave you a Google review. More stars, more customers.
Your weekly email
Every Monday you get a short email telling you how many people found you on Google, rang you or asked for directions. So you can see it working.
Changes whenever you want
